L’eliminazione della Repubblica di San marino dalla cdblack list e l’entrata in vigore della Convenzione contro le doppie imposizioni con l’Italia creano le condizioni favorevoli per lo sviluppo degli investimenti e delle relazione economiche tra i due Paesi, in un contesto di maggiore cooperazione e regolare svolgimento delle operazioni transfrontaliere, coerentemente con quanto previsto dagli standard internazionali in materia tributaria.

The “Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information”, presented in Paris on 13 February 2014, was developed by the OECD in close cooperation with G20 countries and with the European Union. This document represents a substantial step forward with a view to the elaboration and implementation of a multilateral model for the automatic exchange of tax information among States.
